Example listing. It shows how a GJWV role should be written. It is not a live opening, and an application is not sent to an employer.
Sponsorship
Harbour & Wren is a licensed sponsor and will assign a Certificate of Sponsorship for the Health and Care Worker route. The visa cost and the Immigration Health Surcharge, where it is due, are paid by the employer.
Relocation. A relocation allowance of £2,500 and help finding the first rental.
The work
The ward takes unplanned medical admissions. Shifts are a standard NHS-style pattern agreed in the contract, with protected supervision for the first twelve weeks. Sponsorship is part of the offer, not a line buried in an FAQ.

- Assess, plan, and evaluate care for acute medical patients.
- Work with the charge nurse on safe staffing for each shift.
- Document care clearly and hand over without leaving gaps.
- Support a newly arrived colleague through their first month on the ward.
Requirements
- A nursing qualification that can be registered with the NMC, or registration already in progress.
- One year of acute adult nursing.
- English at the level the NMC and the visa route require.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights.
This page describes what the employer says they will file. It is not immigration advice. Confirm the route with the authority that issues the visa.
